ELIKA is the low-noise, high-efficiency, low-pulsation pump developed by Marzocchi Pompe and certainly represents the spearhead of the company’s sales and product strategy.
The development of ELIKA followed a lengthy Research & Development phase that led to the filing of various patents and trademarks. The study of the unique tooth profile was developed in close collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Bologna through the development of dedicated design software.
The low number of teeth also significantly reduces the fundamental frequencies of the pump’s sound emission, making it a particularly pleasant sound.

The low-noise, low-pulsation characteristics of the ELIKA series make this product ideal for use in multiple applications because, given its technical characteristics, it is able to improve the overall performance of the circuit in which it is mounted.
In light of increasingly stringent legislation, even in the mobile sector, ELIKA pumps are ideal for applications such as material handling, lifting platforms, street cleaning machines, and municipal waste collection. ELIKA also represents an excellent solution in the naval, shipbuilding, and recreational sectors, including new forms of energy, where noise emissions and efficiency are critical.
Due to its operating speed range, ELIKA is ideal for use in variable-speed drive systems. In these systems, a variable-displacement pump can be replaced with a fixed-displacement pump like ELIKA, combined with an inverter, significantly reducing the cost of the solution.
